Class Instruction "On Tuesday, January 3rd, 2006, my class and I at The Cittone Institute, an Allied Health, 2- year Associates' degree college, was privileged to have Ms. Wood come and speak on SHIATSU massage. She was selected from a list of talented SHIATSU practitioners in the Philadelphia region via the Internet. As the class instructor, I spoke easily and naturally to Ruth Anne over the phone and felt she was the right fit for my class. It turns out that my intuition served me well.
Her ease in presentation along with her
welcoming and engaging style drew my students right in. And they
are not easily captivated.
Before we knew it, almost 2 hours went
by and my students received the basics of the history, discipline
and implementation of this magical bodywork. Additionally, prior
to Ruth's presentation, I personally had shied away from Shiatsu
as I thought it was too "out there". . . . how wrong I turned out
to be. I am now voraciously absorbing any and every-thing I can
get my hands on to devour this course of study.
Thanks to Ruth, I now have the
confidence to delve into the remainder of the course. She
provided the ground work and additionally supplementary tools to
press forward with a self assurance I had not had prior to our
meeting."
